hello everybody,
first I can only hope that I will receive some help and advice...
(it seems that in this country nobody talk English - not even the people from McDonald or KFC - where you expect youths with no problem in speaking English)
But anyway, let's get to the root:
- I've made a contract starting 1 Jan. 2013 only for Internet. All fine
- in Dec. 2013 I decided that I want more and I opt for 3play 150. All fine
- In Mar. 2014 I had to move... long story, but it end it with my move.
- I was to kabel bw in March to announce my move, it was said that a technician will come and make the new connection. OK
- the technician was in the new apartment and said that the connection is not possible.
- in April and Juni I received several letters with different contracts and letter that the new contract is not possible. Meanwhile in Internet kunden center there was a third one...(contract)
- after several calls and kabel bw shop visits I found that they didn't make the moving address: they've made a new contract to the old address, a new contract to the new address and in the system there are several mistakes...
- I have send 2 times the anmeldung from city-hall with the mail with the status (connection not possible) received from kabel bw with the request to cancel the both contracts.
- since April they are trying to take money from my account but I refused the payment.
- on 1.August I see that I have a new status...
I have several time spoked with customer center, at kabel bw shop etc. No one can offer me a real status of my relation with them. I have no service from them since my move but it seems that their system can not see this. No answer for my online request and so on...
I am completely exhausted and I don't know what to do! My last thought is to go to Police and tell them I am haunted by KBW
