Kabel bw service is the worst...!!!!!!
i've problems with my internet connection since September 13 (No internet connection), they just told me that it will be fixed in 2 or 3 days... but today almost 15... !!!!!!!!!!!

Technicolor modem is the problem, they know it but they don't want to change it...!!!!!!! :09:

Then i write to cancel the service but no answer...!!!!!!!!

I want to know how i can cancel due to the POOR service...!!!!!!!!!!! *gewitter* *gewitter* *gewitter* *gewitter*
